Paul Trumbull
Coach
Paul Trumbull has worked in healthcare leadership for 25 years. He is driven by positivity and a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Paul has volunteered on a number of not-for-profit boards and offered guidance to civic organizations. He has participated in national leadership conferences with health care organizations including Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA, Inc.) and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Paul began his long career in healthcare helping people feel better and move better as a physical therapist. As he transitioned into leadership, he found he enjoyed working with team members and peers as much as he did patients. Along the way, he was fortunate to work for an organization that incorporated coaching into its staff development model. He was introduced to David Herdlinger and learned what a powerful impact the right coach can make in a person’s career and family life.
Paul trained with David and his team, utilizing the tenets of the Developmental Coaching Model. He chooses to be of service to others by working with them to gain balance in work and in life.
On a Personal Note
Born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, Paul lives on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, with his wife, Kathleen.
He enjoys inshore fishing, tennis, and spending time with Kathleen and their children, grandchildren, and pets.
