For over 15 years, Hannah Kay Herdlinger, President of Kashbox Coaching, has empowered individuals to unlock their full potential and design fulfilling careers and lives. She championed leadership at Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In and Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global.
The Kashbox method, created by the founder of Kashbox Coaching, offers leaders a unique path to success and positive change. It goes beyond traditional coaching by integrating leadership development, resilience training, and the power of connection to elevate client experiences.

On a Personal Note
Born in Springdale, Arkansas, Hannah Kay now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her partner Jim. They welcomed their first daughter in August 2022.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being out in nature, and spending quality time with family and friends.
As a domestic violence survivor, she founded Thread Talk – a company with the purpose of supporting other survivors. 10% of all of Thread Talk proceeds are donated to fund critical wish list items of domestic violence shelters across the country.
