With more than 30 years of experience in communications and public relations, Suzanne Mannion brings a unique perspective to personal and professional development coaching. Her work with global corporations, start-ups, nonprofits, and cultural institutions deepened her belief in the power of authenticity, connection, and collaboration.
Suzanne’s coaching is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and trust. Known for her ability to listen deeply and ask meaningful questions, she creates a client-centered space that fosters reflection, discovery, and growth—whether clients are navigating a career transition, seeking greater alignment with their values, or exploring new paths.
She holds a Professional Certificate from Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance, an International Coaching Federation-accredited Level 2 Coach Education Program. Suzanne has additional training in executive function and ADHD coaching. This equips her to help neurodiverse clients build awareness, increase self-acceptance, and achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
On a Personal Note
Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Suzanne remains a proud resident of the Garden State, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and cat, Lulah.
Suzanne loves to travel. Her happy places include the Portland, Maine region, anywhere in Ireland, and “Down the Shore” (aka the beach).
