Lance’s background in neuro-science and the way the brain learns, his work with people of all ages as a meditation specialist and spiritual counselor and his use of live music in therapeutic settings for individuals and groups all come together to give you an invigorating experience that is both inspiring and motivating!
Lance is grateful and excited to be a part of the Kashbox Coaching team and finds the method to be a perfect symbiotic addition to his extensive toolbox.
On a Personal Note
Born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, Lance grew up moving around as his dad was in the army. He met his wife, Allison Dawn, and welcomed their first child Angelo, in Flagstaff, Arizona, in 2001.
Almost 7 years later, they were blessed with their daughter, Isa, born 3 months after they arrived in western Washington, where they currently reside.
In his spare time, Lance enjoys writing songs and walking in the great outdoors. He also enjoys playing flutes from around the world from his collection that spans over 30 years.
