Kelli is a career, leadership, and personal development coach with over 25 years of experience blended in Human Resources, Marketing, and Public Relations. Kelli brings organizational insights from global, Fortune 500, national, and local organizations in the Aerospace/ Defence Manufacturing, Healthcare, Higher Education, Retail, and Supply Chain/ Logistics sectors.
Kelli’s career has been dedicated to helping people thrive – from leading HR recruitment, retention, training, and development, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthened organizational culture and business outcomes. Kelli’s experience also extends to the creative world – she supports authors throughout their journey from concept to publication, message refinement, and developing creative marketing strategies to reach their specific audience.
Kelli blends her experience with her KASH Method certification to provide a supportive, results-driven coaching style with her primary emphasis on leadership development, career transitions, and strategic support for authors. Her coaching passion is rooted in helping clients clarify their goals, build confidence to move forward with courage, while implementing strategies to build a path for long-term success.
Kelli desires to help clients not only achieve their professional goals, but also create a life that is authentic and aligned with who they uniquely are.
Kelli obtained a BS, Organizational Development from Geneva College (PA). She is also a Yoga Body Certified Yoga Trapeze Instructor and a Reiki Practitioner. Kelli enjoys expanding her knowledge in the metaphysical and deepening her practices in multiple energy healing modalities.
On a Personal Note
Kelli was born and raised in the scenic Laurel Highlands region of Western PA. Kelli returned to her hometown in Johnstown 20 years ago, where she currently resides with a twin daughter and son, proudly co-parenting with their father, Kirby.
Kelli enjoys laughing with family and friends, campfires, thunderstorms, nurturing her spirit at the beach, and finding old furniture pieces to paint and repurpose.
