Anthony Lee is an executive coach, cross-cultural leadership advisor, and a pioneer in helping leaders grow through clarity, connection, and intrinsic motivation. His work is rooted in the belief that every individual has the potential to expand their capacity for self-awareness, communication, and leadership when supported by the right coaching partnership.

For more than twenty-five years, Anthony has guided thousands of executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals across Korea, Japan, China, and the United States. He helps leaders understand their core motivations, communicate with clarity across cultural and functional lines, and build the relationships necessary for genuine trust and influence. His clients span Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging founders seeking grounded, globally competent leadership.

Before becoming a full-time coach, Anthony built a multifaceted career in cross-cultural marketing, corporate innovation, entrepreneurship, and advisory roles for multinational teams. He founded ten companies and supported global brands including Coca-Cola China, Benesse, Chanel, Toyota, L’Oréal, and Japan Tobacco. His extensive lived experience across Asia and the United States gives him a rare inside-out perspective on global leadership.

He is also the author of “Tony Thinks China” published in Korea, “Laozi and Innovation” published in China and a co-author of “Ikigai Intelligence” published in Japan. He is currently working on a new book Laozi for leaders in the 21st century to be published in the US.

Fluent in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, Anthony is a highly sought-after coach and speaker for leaders navigating cultural complexity and high-stakes transitions. He currently lives in the United States and works with executives and organizations around the world.

On a Personal Note

Born in Incheon, Korea. Used to despise Chinese and Japanese as a teenager, now married to a Chinese with more close friends in Japan than any other country.
