Executive Coach | Life Transition Coach | Leadership Development

Vincent is an executive and life transition coach who helps leaders, emerging executives, and individuals confidently create the transformations they desire in their personal and professional journeys. He believes that every person can design a fulfilling life by illuminating who they are and how they’ve evolved, as they identify challenges and unlock their potential with clarity and forward movement to achieve their goals.

A former Big Four senior technology risk and resilience consultant and financial services organization leader, Vincent is trusted by executives and teams in helping them navigate complex, high-pressure, and high-stakes challenges and mandates with calmness, understanding, collaboration, accountability and progress. With strong communications skills, he has advised executives and teams on how to bring their words and messages to life in order to communicate and engage with greater impact.

Working closely with his clients as they explore their personal and career transitions, Vincent then supports them as they act on their plans. He has navigated a diverse and unique career in corporate and ongoing solopreneur endeavors for 25+ years, while prioritizing and balancing his family life. He draws upon his own experiences in changing and transitioning life and career goals by helping his clients reveal and navigate what coaches call ‘a client’s map of the world’. Vincent also enjoys helping his clients hone their written and verbal communication skills while drawing from their own personal perspectives.

Vincent’s an accomplished classical music radio host and producer in New York City’s No. 1 radio market; he has also narrated and produced more than 75 audiobooks, and has built a distinguished career as a voiceover actor.

Vincent's coaching is rooted in establishing a calm, warm, kind, and safe experience to help his clients self-reflect without judgement. He's an attentive and intuitive listener who creates room for meaningful reflection. Through thoughtful, powerful questions, he helps clients uncover deeper insights, clarify their motivations, and identify what matters most.

His coaching leverages neuroscience research and tools like the VIA Character Strengths®, PQ-Positive Intelligence®, DiSC®, and role-playing. Vincent serves to explore, partner, and energize his clients as they uncover hindering emotions, saboteurs, and assumptions, and then create their own meaningful plans of action.

Vincent has a PCC-level executive and professional coaching certification from UT Dallas, and has completed the Coaching Beyond Trauma coursework from the Institute for Life Coach Training. He has earned an M.S. from Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and a B.S. from Manhattan University.
