Kristie Crenshaw is a leadership and communication coach with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations strengthen confidence, clarity, and performance.
Her professional background spans corporate training, executive coaching, sales enablement, leadership development, media, and live audience engagement. She has facilitated learning initiatives within Fortune 500 environments, coached professionals through personal and professional transitions, and guided leaders in developing stronger communication, presence, and influence.
Prior to her coaching career, Kristie earned national recognition in broadcasting, receiving a Billboard Magazine Award for morning radio, represented Jaguar on the national auto show circuit, and was crowned Miss Kentucky, competing on the Miss America stage. These experiences shaped her understanding of leadership under pressure, authentic communication, and the power of personal presence.

On a Personal Note
Kristie is the youngest of six children raised in Bardstown, Ky (the Bourbon Capital of the World). Having lived in Nashville, Los Angeles and Houston…she now resides in Shelbyville, Ky with her husband, Brooks. She enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, reading and watching movies. Her favorite place is on her front porch swing, listening to the birds and watching the sun rise with a great cup of coffee.
