Sharing our gifts with the world and bringing our best selves to every interaction has been the cornerstone of Dominic’s coaching for the past three decades. He was often called upon, starting in grade school, to be a buddy to any new student. In high school, Dominic led a Peer Counselor program designed to assist freshmen on their transition into high school.
This early aptitude for connection evolved into a lifelong mission to bridge the gap between human potential and organizational performance.
Dominic has 25+ years of direct experience as a career consultant, learning and organizational development leader, and consumer/patient experience executive in a variety of industries with a deep dive in healthcare, mental health, higher education, and the financial worlds. Dominic obtained his M.S. in College Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology.
Dominic is a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Patient Experience Professional. Both certifications have enabled him to leverage the art and science of these fields to achieve real outcomes for his clients and organizations, namely guiding a mental health organization from a grant-based model to fee-for-service, and creating and implementing a tiered competency leadership model for a financial company experiencing huge regulatory changes.
Dominic’s unique approach to creating clarity for his clients on how they show up for themselves, their organizations, and loved ones is his “anointed space”.
On a Personal Note
Dominic and his wife, Lynne, have lived in Newark, DE for over 30 years. Their twin children, Sophia and Nicholas, are both graduates of Lynne’s alma mater, University of Delaware. Nicholas is a Certified Financial Planner and Sophia is a Site Manager for a college wellness center. When not working, he enjoys spending lots of time with them. Dominic loves to travel, work out, and listen to audio books.
