Charlesetta Thompson

Throughout her career, Charlesetta has held management positions and worked as a business entrepreneur and executive advisor. Her vast experience is human resources makes her down to earth and easy to talk to. Her experience includes organizational leadership, human resources, business management, and developing individuals and teams to achieve and excel in their professional objectives.

She holds a master’s degree from Cornell University in Economics and Labor Relations and an undergraduate degree from Spelman College in Economics and industrial Relations. She brings both executive-level experience and practical business insight to her coaching relationships. Throughout her career she has had great mentors and coaches and feels obligated to pass those experiences forward.

Charlesetta believes effective leadership requires sound judgment, accountability, adaptability, and an understanding of people. Having experienced the responsibilities and complexities of executive leadership firsthand, she understands the importance of having a trusted partner who encourages thoughtful reflection, challenges assumptions, and supports informed decision-making.
