Before founding Kashbox Coaching, we were successful consultants and coaches. Our businesses were growing, and our clients were completely satisfied. But we weren’t. We wanted to help our clients experience even more significant and lasting change. We wanted to help organizations move beyond operational improvement to organizational transformation.

So we set out to pioneer a totally new approach.

We started by fusing traditional organizational development methodologies with individual and team coaching to create a powerful new management tool called corporate coaching.

Next, we adopted a holistic approach, which recognizes that people are more than their jobs, and that organizations are networked systems, not simply collections of disjointed functions.

Third, we made it our goal to help our clients acquire new attitudes and habits, so they will implement new knowledge and skills with courage, commitment, and enthusiasm.

Kashbox Coaching is founded on the fundamental principle that people matter! So we do not:
